This unique, historical home was built by Harvey Firestone, Jr. in 1929 with additional extensions in 1979. It has also been home to a state senator and governor.
Your living room, furnished with beautiful antiques, is part of the original structure with the bedroom and handicapped accessible bathroom.
The bedroom overlooks a patio with private hot tub and garden fountain beckoning you deeper into our enchanting backyard.
It is a short walk to the bus line, and two blocks from a large park with seasonal outdoor swimming, tennis courts, and covered pavilion picnicking.
Only 3 miles from downtown or 7-10 minutes. A bike ride, bus ride or car ride away.
A short drive to the main streets of West Asheville with a library, churches, shopping, wonderful restaurants, and entertainment.

We are an all welcoming establishment and condsider those of all genders, sexual preferences, and from religions family.
We pride ourselves on our genuine hospitality and are here for you by phone at anytime for any reason.
We do not accept pets at this time due to so many guests having allergies.
There is absolutely NO SMOKING withing 100 feet of the property unless you have a medical condition.
We do love children though we have many antiques and we are not “child proofed” so this may not be the holiday sanctuary for you.

Holidays/Belle Chere ... $89/night (Three night minimum)
Monthly................. $1499. (You receive 10 days free)
Additional adults $25 .. Children 13-17 $20 .. Children 12 and under $17
Rates based on double occupancy(add tax)50%. Deposit due upon reservation.
Military (must show ID) and Returning Guest Discounts of 15%.
Payments by cash, major credit cards, travelers checks, or money order. No checks.
